ARC INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY AUTO MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Our commitment at ARC is to provide vehicle management programs. These programs are designed to provide substantial saving and sometimes even more important peace of mind~when dealing with repair facilities. We, at ARC will eliminate the myths of automotive repair.

The staff of ARC has over 30 years experience, working with and managing aftermarket and dealer repair facilities. Let our extensive experience in the automotive repair industry help reduce your families overall repair costs. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable in differentiating when repairs are recommended opposed to what parts and labor are actually required. Over 90% of all automotive repairs require specific parts and labor, 10 - 50% of most repair estimates are "add ons " that are not always necessary or needed, only intended to "up sale" the work order.

For about the same price as an oil change, ARC will take the guesswork out of your vehicle repairs by providing the following:

Level I
ARC will oversee the recommendations from repair facilities (by fax or phone) to help your family decide what repairs are actually needed. For larger repair orders ARC can provide an onsite visual inspection for a minimum service call charge. Under the ARC umbrella, you have the ability to purchase the majority of basic parts at wholesale pricing; avoiding the standard mark up of up to 500% on parts you would pay for through most standard repair facilities. These parts can be ordered by you, and in most cases be delivered directly to the facility where the vehicle is under repair.

Level II
Level II incorporates ALL of Level I, and will allow ARC to order all parts required for the repair order. ARC will also follow up on the verification of all parts delivered.

Level III
Level III incorporates ALL of Level I and Level II, and will allow ARC the ability to track all parts and labor information in a database. This will provide current and accurate information for all future repairs. This benefit will help in determining what parts and labor may be covered under warranty.
